Instructions

  1. Mix the mozzarella, tomatoes, knofi and basil in a large bowl, pour the olive oil over them, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Boil the spaghetti, quench briefly and add hot to the cold tomato and mozzarella mixture. Mix. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve immediately!
