Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the zucchini into slices, peppers and tomatoes into small cubes. Dice or crumble the sheep`s cheese. Season and fry the minced meat. Add the vegetables and fry them as well. Stir in the cream cheese, season the mixture again and let everything simmer. Finally mix in rice and sheep cheese and simmer everything together for about 2 minutes.
Tip:
If you use paprika hot peppers for brunch, the dish will be spicier. When children are eating, plain cream cheese is best.
