- Dice the onion, sauté in a little oil until translucent, add diced paprika, and finally fry the peas, cut into thirds.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Stir in flour, deglaze with whipped cream and vegetable stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the sauce to the vegetables, mix in the gnocchi and finish cooking in about 5 minutes over low heat.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
