Core the papaya and avocado, remove the skin and dice finely. Wash the chicory and cut into fine strips, do not use the bitter core. Mix in a bowl with olive oil, season with salt, decorate with a few nuts if necessary - done!
Tip: if you don`t have to pay too much attention to the carbohydrates, you can also use twice the amount of papaya!
Tastes great as a main meal or as a side dish with grilled poultry, but also for breakfast!
