Cook the noodles in salted water until they are firm to the bite, preferably cool them a little with cold water so that they do not stretch and set aside.
Chop the onion into smaller pieces. The apple and pepper pieces can easily get a little bigger. The best thing to do is to give the apple pieces a few squirts of lemon so they don`t turn brown.
Quarter, sixth or eighth of the pickled tomato slices as you like. Then everything comes together with the corn and the noodles in a bowl.
The whole thing is now properly seasoned (please don`t overdo it with the chilli flakes!) And mixed together.
