Ingredients
- 80 g pasta
- Salt water
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 1 apple
- 0.5 can ½ corn, drained
- 1 medium bell pepper (s), yellow
- 2 tomato (s), dried in oil
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- vinegar
- oil (e.g. hazelnut oil)
- salt and pepper
- Fondor
- thyme
- dill
- 1 pinch (s) chilli flakes
- 1 tablespoon sour cream or sour cream
- 3 dashes sweetener, liquid

- Cook the noodles in salted water until they are firm to the bite, preferably cool them a little with cold water so that they do not stretch and set aside.
- Chop the onion into smaller pieces. The apple and pepper pieces can easily get a little bigger. The best thing to do is to give the apple pieces a few squirts of lemon so they don`t turn brown.
- Quarter, sixth or eighth of the pickled tomato slices as you like. Then everything comes together with the corn and the noodles in a bowl.
- The whole thing is now properly seasoned (please don`t overdo it with the chilli flakes!) And mixed together.
