Salad “Yellow tulips”

A beautiful festive salad “Yellow Tulips” will undoubtedly decorate your table. A bright, colorful appetizer will be appreciated by your guests. In addition, each housewife will be able to fill the tomatoes with filling to her liking. I really like the combination of crab sticks, mozzarella cheese and basil with tomatoes, try it too.

Ingredients
- Yellow tomatoes – 19 pcs.
- Crab sticks – 100 g
- Mozzarella cheese – 100 g
- Fresh basil – 3 sprigs
- Boiled egg – 1 pc.
- Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
- Cucumbers – 2 pcs.
- Green onions – 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground pepper – to taste
Directions
- Ingredients.
- Make a crosswise incision in the tomato. Remove the middle with a spoon.
- Grate crab sticks, egg. Finely chop the mozzarella and basil. Add mayonnaise, ground pepper and salt. Mix.
- Stuff the tomatoes.
- Put cucumbers, a bunch of green onions and tomatoes on a dish.
