Ingredients

  • 1 mango (s), ripe
  • 1 packet custard powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 500 ml juice (multivitamin)
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • some sweetener
  • some lemon juice
  • possibly almond (s), chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook a pudding from the multivitamin juice and the pudding powder according to the package instructions. Let cool down a little and then stir in the quark, if necessary sweeten with sweetener.
  2. Peel the mango, cut the stone in small pieces and puree with lemon juice. Now layer in bowls: first pudding, then mango puree, then pudding and finish with mango puree.
  3. If you like, you can sprinkle a few chopped almonds on top.
