Ingredients

  • 400 g carrot (s), peeled (yellow beets)
  • 4 tablespoon water
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • Seasoned Salt
  • 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • liter ⅛ vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • chives
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Cut the yellow beets into thin slices (best with a cucumber slicer).
  2. Put together with the water in a glass dish with a lid and cook in the microwave at 900 watts for about 7 minutes.
  3. Then pour off the water.
  4. Make a dressing from sugar, herb salt, broth, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Pour this over the yellow beets. Mix well and let it steep for half an hour.
  5. Then sprinkle with the chopped herbs and serve!
  6. If you like, you can also add half a diced onion to the dressing!
