  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Vegetable broth, instant
  • 1 liter water

Instructions

  1. Cut the beets into cubes. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan and briefly sauté the yellow beets and rice pudding. Then deglaze with water and season with stock powder. Boil the soup al dente and season again.
