  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Seasoned Salt
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, instant
  • vinegar
  • water

Instructions

  1. Clean the carrots and cut into pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Add onion and spices, cover almost with water and cook everything until soft.
  2. Now the whole thing is pureed with the hand blender, then add some clear vegetable stock and a little vinegar. Spaetzle also taste good.
