Ingredients

  • 4 bread dumplings
  • 250 g roast pork, cold or boiled beef, in 5 mm slices
  • 100 g Emmentaler or mountain cheese, sliced
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 2 pickles
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon parsley
  • 6 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped mustard, sweet
  • 8 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Chilli salt

Instructions

  1. Halve or quarter the dumplings and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Cut the roast and cheese into strips, cut the tomato and cucumber into slices, cut the onion into thin rings and put everything in a bowl.
  2. Mix vinegar, paprika, mustard, oil, salt, pepper and chilli salt to a spicy marinade and mix in the parsley. Pour over the salad and mix gently. Let it steep for about an hour, then season again to taste.
