Salad with Beets and Raisins

An interesting version of a simple salad with beets. Sweet raisins make the appetizer more sophisticated and original. Cheese and nuts pair perfectly with boiled beets for a more satisfying salad.
Ingredients
- Beets – 200 g
- Processed cheese – 100 g
- Walnuts – 1 tbsp
- Raisins – 1 tbsp
- Mayonnaise – 2-3 tbsp
Directions
- We prepare the components necessary for making a quick salad. Boil the beets in advance or buy ready-made boiled beets in the supermarket.
- Shred boiled beets using a kitchen grater.
- Grind the processed cheese, put it in a bowl (we use the only high-quality dairy products).
- Add to the mass pre-washed (you can steam it with boiling water) and dried raisins.
- Add chopped nuts or seeds.
- We mix all the ingredients, add the recommended amount of sauce.
- Bring the salad until smooth.
- Beetroot salad is ready. We serve at any time.
