Beet Smoothie

Beets are vegetables that lose some of their nutrients during heat treatment. However, you can get the most out of a beetroot smoothie!

Ingredients

Beets – 1 Piece
Frozen Fruit Mix – 1/2 Cup (plum, strawberry, black currant)
Strawberry Juice – 1 Glass

Directions

Prepare all ingredients.
Peel the beets, then cut into large slices.
Grind all ingredients until smooth.
Beetroot smoothie is ready
