Dissolve the dry yeast together with the honey in warm water and let stand in a warm place for about 20 minutes.
Add the natural yoghurt, salt, spices, sunflower seeds and flour and knead well. Put the dough in a greased baking pan and let rise in a warm place for another 15 minutes. Put the bread in the preheated oven.
Tip:
place a fireproof bowl with water on the bottom of the oven.
Baking time:
with top / bottom heat approx. 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
