Ingredients
- 450 ml water, lukewarm
- 250 g flour, (whole spelled flour)
- 250 g flour, (wheat flour)
- 5 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1 packet yeast (dry yeast)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon natural yogurt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons spices, for bread (as desired)

- Dissolve the dry yeast together with the honey in warm water and let stand in a warm place for about 20 minutes.
- Add the natural yoghurt, salt, spices, sunflower seeds and flour and knead well. Put the dough in a greased baking pan and let rise in a warm place for another 15 minutes. Put the bread in the preheated oven.
- Tip:
- place a fireproof bowl with water on the bottom of the oven.
- Baking time:
- with top / bottom heat approx. 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
