Ingredients
- 400 g rye flour, whole rain
- 250 g wheat flour (type 550)
- 1 sachet dry yeast
- 1 sachet sourdough extract
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 400 ml water, lukewarm

- Mix all ingredients with approx. 400 ml lukewarm water and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. Knead well and let rise again for 45 minutes.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 50 - 60 minutes.
- Tip: The bread gets a particularly crust if you put a bowl of hot water in the oven.
