Pluck the marzipan into small pieces. Mix the eggs, marzipan, sugar and mascarpone together and use the mixer to whip until frothy by adding a small sip of milk. Bake at 150 ° C for about an hour. Always keep an eye on the color of the cake, the cake has to bake for a long time because of the marzipan, otherwise it will collapse. Use a wooden stick to test whether it is baked through. If necessary, turn down the temperature.
