Instructions

  1. In a sufficiently large saucepan, let 4 tablespoons of neutral oil get very hot and brown the meat on all sides. Then add the soup greens, onion and tomato paste and let roast briefly (approx. 3-5 min). Deglaze with the white wine and water and add a little salt and pepper. Be careful with the salt, it will boil down. Cover and simmer everything for 1 - 1.5 hours over medium heat. If necessary add a little water.
  2. Then take out the meat. Pour soup greens with liquid through a sieve, collect the liquid and pour the liquid back into the pot. Cream with it. Mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 4 tablespoons of cold water in a bowl. Add a tablespoonful of it to the boiling liquid until the sauce has the consistency you want. Season with salt, done.
