Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs with the quark and sea salt. Stir in oatmeal, baking powder, sunflower seeds, linseed and chia seeds. Now add hazelnuts and prunes as additional ingredients.
  2. Tip: Dried tomatoes, olives and sheep`s cheese, Italian herbs, walnuts, spring onions, grated carrots are also possible and highly recommended - there are no limits to your imagination.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
