Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, water, eggs, salt and sugar into a smooth, thin dough. Let it soak for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat a little fat in an omelette pan and pour in enough batter to thinly cover the bottom of the pan. Bake until golden on both sides over moderate heat.
  3. The patties, cut into strips, are suitable as a soup or as a base for walnut ice cream with rum apple sauce.
