Instructions

  1. Wash, dry and finely chop the parsley. Mix all ingredients and stir well with the whisk.
  2. Heat the pan and thinly bake the Flädlesteig like a pancake.
  3. Let the baked pancakes cool down. Roll up cold pancakes and cut into rolls approx. 5 mm wide.
  4. The patties are now ready for the soup.
  5. Tastes particularly delicious in a good meat broth.
