Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until creamy. Separate the eggs and rub off the peel of half a lemon. Then stir in the egg yolks, almonds, lemon peel and, if necessary, cinnamon into the mixture. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold in carefully.
