Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, dry yeast, salt, 75 g sugar and cardamom dry. Heat 75 g butter and milk and mix everything together, knead, cover and let rise for 30 minutes. Roll out and brush with a mixture of 40 g melted butter, 50 g sugar, 1 sachet vanilla sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Roll up into a roll and cut off 2 cm thick slides. Brush with egg or milk and bake in a non-preheated fan oven for 20 minutes at 180-200 degrees. Tastiest warm.
