Instructions

  1. Peel the eggs, cut in half lengthways and remove the egg yolk. Pour into a bowl and stir together with mayonnaise, mustard and tomato ketchup until creamy. Add the onion to the mixture and season with the chilli sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and the other seasoning ingredients. Sprinkle with chives.
  2. Serve with toast and green salad.
