Bring the milk and sugar to the boil over medium heat, stir until the sugar has dissolved. Then take it off the stove and let it cool down.
Mix half of the milk with the almonds in a blender, then strain through a fine sieve. Squeeze out the almond mixture as best you can, then throw it away.
Stir the rest of the milk and orange blossom water into the almond milk, serve chilled.
