Ingredients
- 500 ml milk
- 100 g suar
- 400 g almond (s), whole, blanched
- 500 ml water
- 2 tablespoon orange blossom water

- Bring the milk and sugar to the boil over medium heat, stir until the sugar has dissolved. Then take it off the stove and let it cool down.
- Mix half of the milk with the almonds in a blender, then strain through a fine sieve. Squeeze out the almond mixture as best you can, then throw it away.
- Stir the rest of the milk and orange blossom water into the almond milk, serve chilled.
