Quarter and core the apple and cut into 12 wedges.
Roll out the yeast dough pieces into small circles on a floured work surface. Place a piece of apple in the middle of each of the dough circles, fold the edges towards the middle and place the rolls with the seam down in a greased baking dish. Mix the melted butter with the vanilla flavor, sugar and cinnamon and spread over the rolls.
Pour in the lemonade and put the baking dish in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
