Instructions

1. Core the avocados, remove the pulp from the skin and puree. Mix the pureed pulp with the vanilla sugar and sugar.
2. Add the yoghurt and stir everything well. Whip the cream and fold into the avocado yoghurt mixture.
3. Chill for about an hour.
