Pour double the amount of boiling water on the couscous and let it steep for 10 minutes, then loosen it up a little with a fork.
Meanwhile mix the yogurt, cinnamon and sweetener. Cut the apple into small cubes or grate finely.
Mix the ingredients well and enjoy. Simple and good, the nutty couscous goes well with the apple.

I like to prepare the ingredients for lunch in the morning and layer them in a food storage box. The box can be stored in the refrigerator until lunch break, it tastes best when it is cool.
