- 65 g couscous
- 250 g yourt, low-fat
- 1 apple
- some cinnamon
- sweetener

- Pour double the amount of boiling water on the couscous and let it steep for 10 minutes, then loosen it up a little with a fork.
- Meanwhile mix the yogurt, cinnamon and sweetener. Cut the apple into small cubes or grate finely.
- Mix the ingredients well and enjoy. Simple and good, the nutty couscous goes well with the apple.
- Tip:
- I like to prepare the ingredients for lunch in the morning and layer them in a food storage box. The box can be stored in the refrigerator until lunch break, it tastes best when it is cool.
