Instructions

  1. Pour the polenta into the cold milk, bring to the boil, stirring constantly, and remove from the stove.
  2. Stir in the honey and fill the whole thing into two small molds, swell for about 15 minutes and let them cool.
  3. For the puree, puree the (thawed frozen) strawberries, bananas and vanilla syrup / vanilla together.
  4. Spread over two flat, wide bowls. Overturn the molds with the solidified corn porridge over the sauce and serve.
  5. Nuts go well with this.
