Ingredients
- 250 ml milk (soy)
- 40 g corn rits (polenta)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 250 g strawberries, possibly frozen
- 2 large banana (s)
- 1 tablespoon syrup, vanilla OR
- 0.5 pinch ½ vanilla, (natural)

- Pour the polenta into the cold milk, bring to the boil, stirring constantly, and remove from the stove.
- Stir in the honey and fill the whole thing into two small molds, swell for about 15 minutes and let them cool.
- For the puree, puree the (thawed frozen) strawberries, bananas and vanilla syrup / vanilla together.
- Spread over two flat, wide bowls. Overturn the molds with the solidified corn porridge over the sauce and serve.
- Nuts go well with this.
