Ingredients

  • 3 apples
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 2 pear (s)
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)
  • 1 packet gelling sugar (2: ) or gelling fix

Instructions

  1. Peel the fruit, cut into small pieces and place in a large saucepan. Then drizzle with lemon juice. Add the water, scrape out the vanilla pod and add the pulp and the empty pod whole.
  2. Then bring everything to a boil. Add the gelling sugar or the gelling fix according to the instructions on the packaging.
  3. Now the whole thing should simmer for about 10-20 minutes while stirring. Remove the vanilla pod. Then everything is pureed with the blender. If you want, you can do a jelly test so that it becomes puree and not jam.
  4. Pour the puree into prepared glasses while they are still hot, close them tightly and turn them upside down for five minutes.
