  • 2 leaves dandelion
  • 3 daisies
  • 250 ml fruit juice or spritzer (taste does not matter)
  • 50 ml milk
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 30 g fruits, frozen, to taste

  1. Wash all the ingredients. Quarter and core the pears and apples. Halve and peel the bananas.
  2. Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
