Apple-Banana Smoothie with Grapes

Treat yourself and your family to a delicious and healthy smoothie made from kefir, banana, apple, and grapes. It is perfect for breakfast, especially for children.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Kefir – 200 ml
  • Apple – 200 g
  • Banana – 100 g (peeled)
  • Grapes – 20 g

Directions

  1. Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds, if any. Peel and core the apple, cut into pieces.
  2. Peel the banana and cut it into slices. Pour kefir into a blender bowl and add fruits and grapes. Punch with a blender until smooth.
  3. Pour the apple-banana grape smoothie into glasses or glasses and serve immediately.
