Ingredients
- 125 g kale, frozen, chopped
- 1 glass puree (apple and pear puree), 350 g, well chilled
- 1 lime (s), juice and zest it
- Ginger, freshly grated, 1 - 2 teaspoon
- 400 ml coconut drink, e.g., from Alpro, well chilled

- It is best to thaw the kale overnight in the refrigerator before preparing the smoothie. Then put in a blender together with apple and pear puree, lime zest and juice, ginger and coconut drink and puree vigorously.
- Fill into glasses and serve immediately.
