Instructions

  1. Wash the pears, remove the core, cut the pulp into large pieces. Also cut up the peeled banana. Puree the fruit together with the oat flakes and almond milk in a blender until smooth, thin out a little if necessary, and season with cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg.
