Soak the oat flakes and chia seeds in the plant-based drink. Mix in the remaining ingredients and put everything in a greased baking dish. Scatter pieces of fruit, nuts, and chocolate on top as required.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 20 - 25 minutes.
Tastes best when it is still warm.
Note: If you take a sweetened plant-based drink (e.g. vanilla soy milk) you should omit the agave syrup, otherwise it will be very sweet.
