We offer you a quick recipe for Bulgarian cuisine – peppers stuffed with feta cheese, herbs, and eggs. Delicate creamy taste, combined with the juiciness and aroma of sweet pepper, makes this dish special and healthy.
Mash the cheese into small pieces. Add sugar, ground pepper, eggs to the cheese, mix.
Add chopped parsley and stir.
Peel the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
Fill the pepper with the prepared cheese filling and pour 1 teaspoon without a hill of flour on top, gently smooth the flour over the filling surface. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and pour over the olive oil.
