Instructions

  1. Cut the sweet potato into cubes and cook for 10 minutes until soft. Drain the water.
  2. Drain the chickpeas and place in a bowl with the sweet potato cubes. Add the other ingredients and puree with a hand blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
