Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes and cook until soft. Let cool down.
  2. Puree the (silk) tofu in a blender until creamy. Mash the sweet potatoes with a fork, add to the tofu and continue to puree until everything is creamy. Add the syrup and vanilla (it can be ground or powder or the inside of a pod) and mix again briefly. Pour into a bowl and chill.
