Instructions

  1. Cut or slice the zucchini, bell pepper, apple and onion into equally sized sticks. Mix with the grated Gouda in a large bowl.
  2. Mix the dressing with the white balsamic vinegar, rapeseed oil and sugar and pour over the salad. Mix well and finally pepper and salt as needed.
  3. The salad can be served straight away, but it tastes a lot better on the 2nd day if it is well drawn! Simply let it steep in the refrigerator overnight.
