For the dough, drain the quark and then mix it with the oil, milk and a pinch of salt. Mix the flour with the baking powder and gradually work it into the quark mixture. Press the dough into a springform pan.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Chop the onion and fry in a little oil. Roughly chop the chard and sauté a little. Cut the peppers into cubes, add to the onion and chard mixture and also sauté a little. Let cool down. Mix in the ricotta and eggs and season.
Put the mixture on the dough and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes.
