Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the Swiss chard, finely dice the stems and cut the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Sauté the onions, chilli and chard stalks in the butter. Top up with vegetable stock and cook over a mild heat for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes add the leaves and cream. Finally stir in the coconut paste. Season the soup with cayenne pepper, turmeric and salt.
