  1. Thaw the puff pastry and press it into a tart pan. Pull up the edges.
  2. Blanch the greens from the chard leaves in salted water and cut into strips. To dice tomatoes.
  3. Spread the chard leaves and diced tomatoes on the puff pastry
  4. Whisk the milk with the eggs and season well with salt and pepper. Pour over the vegetables.
  5. Cut the mozzarella into slices and place on top.
  6. Baked in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
