Instructions

  1. Melt the Sanella, sauté the paprika in it, pour in the stock or water and let it boil through. Mix Mondamin in a little water and bind the broth with it.
  2. Smear a soup bowl with a clove of garlic. Mix the grated cheese with the cream or milk in the bowl, add the hot soup and season to taste.
  3. Serve with toast.
