Instructions

  1. First make a thick dough from flour, milk and an egg. Then bake pancakes from the batter in a non-stick pan with little or no fat, but only from one side, until the top is no longer runny. Set aside the pancakes that were baked on one side.
  2. Cut the mozzarella into 1 cm thick slices. Place a slice of mozzarella, half a tablespoon of processed cheese and a squeeze of diced ham on each pancake on the unbaked side. If you like, the ham can also be served by e.g., Replace mushrooms or sun-dried tomatoes. You can also add herbs, oregano, for example, is good.
  3. Now fold the topped pancakes in half and, like a ravioli, press the edge together so that they are closed all around the filling. Bread the resulting crescents with the other egg and breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat a lot of margarine in a pan so that the fat is really about 0.5 cm in the pan. Fry the breaded cookies on both sides until golden brown. After frying, let it rest for a few seconds on kitchen paper so that excess fat is absorbed.
