Instructions

  1. Chop the garlic cloves and sauté in butter. Add the balsamic vinegar and soy sauce to taste. Add the plum wine and let the sauce reduce a little.
  2. Mix in the sriracha sauce. Add the sugar. Season with chilli flakes and ginger to taste. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
