Finely dice the bacon and fry until crispy. Finely dice the onion and sauté in the frying fat. Drain the sauerkraut, squeeze it out very well and roughly chop it. Soak the roll, squeeze it out well, coarsely chop the parsley. Mix the minced meat with the bun, the parsley, the bacon mixture, sauerkraut, egg, paprika powder, salt and pepper and form 8 meatballs from them. Fry in oil.
Serve with paprika-potato-vegetables and paprika butter.
